Isabella was great! Very communicative and checked in with me every step of the way, made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was happy with it! It’s rare I feel listened to at a hair salon and recommend her highly!
I needed my hair curled last minute for an event. Nothing but curled with the curling iron and I was told they cant do African American hair. My regular hair dresser couldnt get to me today . I have no problem with a white girl curling my hair just long as she can curl it. I wouldnt think it be any different than curling a white persons hair. No wash just throw some curls in it with a curling iron. I started thinking about it and I just find it wild that the lady on the line said she couldn't do that. Its kind of getting away with me.
I have lived with this haircut for a week now and hoped it would grow on me. I hate it absolutely hate it, it is nothing that I asked for. My hair was almost to my belly button and asked for 8" and long layers the easiest haircut in the book. My hair is at my shoulders and she didn't even make a guide for my layers and a huge section isn't even layered. She cut off almost 2 feet of hair and layered it toward my face which I didn't ask for. I give grace because I have my cosmetology license and I get things happen but this is garbage. I usually go to the young girl that works there but she wasn't in yet. NO, I didn't complain because if it's already cut off what good will it do. But man oh man learn to listen and look at your comb. I hate my hair cut and cannot wait for it to grow out. Maybe she should stick with Walmart. learn to listen and measure with your freaking comb sheesh it's a long layered haircut...
