Dr. James and the staff are so personal and caring. I love how he always explains exactly what will happen and how to proceed with my care. This is not the type of practice where they try to get you in 3 times a week for 12 weeks and charge you an arm a leg. You go in for what you need when you need it. It’s different and so refreshing. I used to have migraines 2-3 times a week but after going to see Dr. James for a few months, I’m only getting them a couple times a month.
I Really Cant Say Enough, DR. DAWES is the BEST! He listens and gets it right every time, your leaving out of there feeling BRAND NEW! He Has an Awesome Team that are very personable as well! So much so, My husband and I visit monthly!

I was referred to Stones River Chiropractic during my pregnancy to assist with the positioning of my son and to prepare for labor. Dr James did a fantastic job of explaining adjustments made during the pregnancy and how it would assist with having the baby be head down. I appreciated the evaluation and how he explained the adjustments he was making in the moment and made sure I felt comfortable. My son did end up moving and was head down for delivery! I would also share that I’ve gone to other chiropractors who have been more focused on the financial component instead of what the patient really needs. Dr James recommended what I needed and didn’t try to push additional unnecessary visits. I would highly recommend Stones River Chiropractic for expectant moms or for general chiropractic care!
I’ve been going to Stone’s River Chiropractic for a year and they are hands down the BEST! When I started going I was pregnant. I appreciate how Dr. James explained in detail how my care would look and how it would help in having a safe and healthy natural birth. Which I was able to have! Fast forward I still see Dr. James monthly and also get my LO adjusted as well. He’s always so personable and has the best stories. Lol I also appreciate how welcoming and friendly Heather and Amy always are every time I go! If you’re in need of great care this is where you want go!
