I’ve been to a lot of Joints around the country and I have been to this location on and off for a couple years. Today I had the most excellent experience! The front desk associate Chris was so kind and welcoming. She walked each member back to the adjustment area the entire time I was there and made sure they were set up. They’ve also added a couple tables to set your belongings down and it felt cleaner. I used to see Dr Corey and was sad when he left but today I saw Dr. Farris and she was delightful. I felt a lot better upon leaving and restarted my Wellness Plan so that I can be back more often. Felt cared for and connected with, job well done by this staff!
For my first time ever going to a chiropractor, I can honestly say I absolutely loved it. The environment was immaculate and very friendly. They walked me through each step of the process and genuinely felt like they listened to what I had to say. My sciatica has been flared up to the max the past 4 days and just going today relieved so much pressure.
Awesome at the front desk was true to her name. My doctor was efficient and right on target. The adjustments were spot on. Walked out of there wondering why I was even there (almost). Great treatment, great value. Thanks!
They promoted first visit for $29 that includes patient review and adjustment. They refused to adjust me and still charged me the full amount. If you can't complete what you promote then the price shouldn't be the full amount. The place was also dirty and needs to be professionally cleaned. I will not be returning. I'd also like to point out they don't do imaging so they dont track how helpful they actually are. Would not recommend this place. Bad business experience.
Never knew this type of place existed! It's like a quick oil change for your back! I have had neck pain for years from a whiplash injury. Dr. Harward did several assessments to pinpoint the offending muscle and was able to poke, stretch, release, and crrrack my back and neck so I could move flexibly again! Walk-in only, which is great because I stink at keeping appointments. Insurance not necessary, because it's alteady affordable and you don't run out of visits (my insurance "allows" me 15 visits per year). The doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and have plenty of suggestions, exercises, and stretches to try. Plus, they have offices all over the country in case you are on vacation and have a flare up. Highly recommended! We must add that Dr. Trabue is fantastically attentive and great with kids! Never a negative experience. Love our visits!
