This is the best salon I have ever been to, from Georgia to Knoxville to Murfreesboro and Nashville, this would be the mail salon I would refer to anyone and everyone. EXCELLENT customer service. If there is an issue by all means will the manager do everything he can to make sure a customer is happy when they leave. Never have I ever had a problem nor my nails come out looking anything less than great! While I was there about an hour and a half ago there was a lady from ATL (also where I’m from) that did nothing but try to get out of having to pay for a service that was done properly and professionally. I watched the manager continuously stop what he was doing to go help and make sure she was happy. In her review she said they played loud cursing rap music, seeing as I’ve been there more than enough times that’s news to me and they’ve never played that type of music, also she had beats headphones on, those are noice canceling so I have no idea what she’s talking about. I heard no such thing as I was there the entire time she was. She muttered mean things the entire time she was waiting on her toes to dry. She was what we call a KAREN. The reason they were busy is because they bring in a ton of business be side there a top salon in this area. Everyone who works there is friendly and amazing! 10/10 recommend!
Typical nail salon. The overall selection between gel and dip wasn’t that impressive. The nail technician was very kind, and maybe it’s just the application of dip powder over acrylic that made the difference, but my nails looked a week old the day after I had them done, and my nails don’t grow super fast. They were too long (I asked him to shorten them and he did but I felt too guilty to ask him second time to file them down more.) 10 days out, they look weeks old but they are still intact. I have a drimmel at home so I used that for the length. Very fair prices compared to my more-frequented salons. Nice employees. OK color selection. Technique could use improvement to make nails look good for a longer period of time.
My wife Heather is here almost every two weeks they always take care of her and do an amazing job on her toes and nails. Prob the best place we have been. Also a special thank to Mary you do an amazing job .
Owner was great and worked with us getting us in. Was disappointed at the pedicure as I was rushed and pushed to be forced to upgrade package when as a guy, I truly just wanted a heel scrub and soak but was only allowed if I upgraded the package from the basic. I get it, but start to finish it lasted all of 13 minutes. Heels didn't even have time to soften. However, location, ability to get in and out and overall staff makes it likely we'll return down the road, just have to be selective on the specialist who provides the service. 45 for a pedicure with no polish is about normal, 15% higher than expected or have paid prior before tip but average for the area.
