I was very pleased with my visit. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. The techs took great care of me and were very patient. When it came to my exam, Dr. Parker communicated with me throughout it and explained the best route for me to take afterwards. I was also very thankful for Meme and her assistance in helping me pick out the right pair of glasses. If I could leave this establishment 10 stars, I would. Thank you Eyecare Plus!
First time coming here . I called morning off for appointment. They got me in that morning. The staff all around was helpful . I really enjoyed my exam and visit. Seriously so much better than visionworks . Doctor was great and upfront staff was great. Go ahead and book your next eye exam here !
Customer service was outstanding. Office was very neat and clean. Was greeted immediately and the process went very quick and smooth at check in. Called back as soon as information was given. Dr was very nice and thorough. Would recommend.
Please be aware that they charge a 35 dollar late cancellation fee and will not bill you before sending it to collections. I usually don't post negative reviews, but I missed an appointment in July and was sent to collections with no bill or notice from Eye Care plus. I have not been there in 2 years and we will definitely not use them in the future. When I called to see if they could help, I was told there is nothing they can do.
