My eye exam experience was great. The doctor was friendly and took her time explaining everything to me. The front desk was also very friendly and I really appreciated being greatly when I came in.
The Dr was great! He explained everything and was honest and to the point! The staff that helped me find glasses made sure I found frames that would be 100% covered by my insurance and helped me to have to pay as little out of pocket as possible! Highly recommended
Doctor was very kind. David helped me with my contacts and frames consult and he was awesome. Great customer service. Total wait time/in-office time wasn’t great, but things happen. Doesn’t take away a star for me.
The Doctor and Staff were courteous and professional. They even took the time to answer my questions with clear, concise responses. In addition, the staff was able to locate some documents I needed from the TNDOT website and completed the docs accordingly. A true throwback to what customer service and patient care use to look like.
