I Saw Dr. Johnson yesterday, 03/14/2018, for an eye exam. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well informed during the whole process. The whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they even took the time to explain what they were looking for on each piece of equipment they used. In the end, Dr. Johnson was able to give me the best fitting for contacts I've ever had. I highly recommend Music City Eye Care.
Dr. Travis and his team are wonderful! My first visit, recommended by family friends and I can only say kind things about the whole team. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Also grateful that I didn’t have to wear a mask ????Thank you, Dr. Travis!
Dr. Angela Johnson is a rare amazing doctor: Personable, thorough and professional! She sees our entire family and gives the absolute most comprehensive eye exam we've ever had. I was having problems with my prescription from an ophthalmologist. I went to see Dr. Johnson. She found the error, gave me a new prescription and I am seeing better than ever! Wonderful receptionist too!
The first appointment of the morning. Dr was 10 minutes late after I was taken back in the exam room. Then he was more concerned about the arrangement of the computer screen, keyboard, pens, paper, and his chair than doing the eye exam. When it was all said and done he gave me a prescription for +1.75 (which was from 2019) when last years (2020) it was +2.25. Not sure how I miraculously got better eyesight. I did not go to them in 2020, but was there in 2019. I guess they just decided to not really check my eyes and use information from 2 years ago. I won't be back.
MD did not wear a mask left me with little to no respect for his choice . had the vision test in Ashland city all staff except for Dr G wore a mask one could call that a "he does not care about the patient how am I sure he cared about the correct exam for me " thank god for choices in service elsewhere or call and ask if the MD is CDC aware or just arrogant and perhaps a covid carrier who does not care for his professon
