I cannot express enough how amazing the team is at this location! This was my first time going, and they certainly gave my baby girl so much love and care! They even provided me some insight on my pup that was not issue-related! Thank you all for ensuring that my pup received lots of love and care at our visit today!
If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had issues with each of our dogs where it seems they only care about taking our money instead of helping us take care of our dogs. Would not recommend if you love your pet and don't want to be scammed out of money.
They care. They do a great job w communication, vet care, explanations. They don't oversell services, I never feel like I'm getting talked into services that my dogs may not need, like my last vet on Memorial Blvd in their brand new building did on every visit.
I just left my very first appointment at Creekside. I take my older dog to a vet on the opposite side of town but when we adopted my puppy from Nashville Humane we were given a certificate that covered a portion of little girl’s first vet visit, so I thought I’d give them a try. From the moment I walked in I felt so cozy! The front desk is friendly and warm, the vet assistant, Haven, was so informative and so kind! Dr. Higgins spoke so sweetly to my pup, sat on the floor, and took his time getting my timid pup to warm up to him. He offered several tips for keeping her happy and healthy and answered every question I had so patiently and in depth. This place is tucked away and made complete with two friendly cats lounging around comfortably. So impressed with the whole staff and experience. I will definitely be returning and bringing her older brother, too!
Welcoming and wonderful office setting and space. All staff members are super friendly and welcoming to pet parents and pets. Overall amazing services each time I visited. I am thankful to have my pup getting the best services and support he needs. Thank you also to Dr. Higgins whose an amazing Vet, super attentive and wonderful overall!
