These pictures are arrangements that were sent to my mother‘s funeral. Well actually they were sent late so they come to the home. There is no way anyone who is a qualified designer would send such a disgraceful arrangement out. The flowers are obviously from another arrangement as different lengths on the stems. One had four flowers the other had five flowers and the spray you could see the oasis all around and this is like a $55-$65 piece that they charge $185 for. I know what I’m talking about because I owned the flower shop for 20 years , you never send something out that you wouldn’t send to your own family. I would never order from them. This was the Manchester location and the card message was cut and taped
Had the best experience! Michael did an amazing job making sure everything was exactly perfect including sending me pictures before delivery to make sure I didn’t want to change anything. He had these flowers delivered within 3 hours of ordering as well!
WORSE FLORIST EVER! The flowers they delivered were disgraceful. I believe a 6 year old could do a better job. They even charge extra to get them delivered on time but NO the were delivered after my mother's funeral and after she wAs buried. The cards had been cute and taped like a kindergartner made it. The service, arrangement and delivery was Absolutely NOT professional in no manner. Then they tried to blame the wire service. The wire service didn't put the arrangements together. What a disgrace of a florist. Never use this florist in Manchester. The only reason they have 1 star is that's only way you can post a review.
When I placed this order I didn’t read the reviews until after and I thought my friend was not going to get her flowers because it was a scam. Surprisingly, she did receive her flowers the day that it was suppose to be delivered, but it was at 10pm. So at least that is better than the other reviews. Maybe in the future they can get a tracking system or send updates so we aren’t all assuming we are getting scammed. I am just thankful she actually got the flowers.
Surprisingly disappointed. Ordered a day ahead of time for my mom's 75th birthday. I called the shop about a dozen times the day of the delivery, they didn't answer once. The arrangement was not delivered until after 9pm, and was completely different than what I ordered. I tried to resolve this via email, but the owner claimed that "there was nothing wrong with the order". Be aware, if you allow substitutions, they don't just substitute one flower or another in the arrangement, they will just deliver whatever they want. I was told that it's possible to reserve delivery times for an extra fee, but I tipped on top of the $18.00 delivery fee, and paid a total of $106.51!! That's already extremely expensive, especially since I didn't get what I ordered. The owner simply didn't care.
