Just want to take a moment and brag on this facility and staff members. I scheduled an appointment online for a Sunday afternoon. Upon entry of the building there was the most pleasant and clean smell I have ever smelled! So much that I almost asked what they used to clean because I want to use for my house. Secondly, my child needed to use the restroom and it was fully stocked with complimentary diapers and wipes. The restroom was spotless you could eat off the floor. My child was running a very high temp and the staff had to hold her down to administer medication it was rough for everyone involved but I am forever grateful for their kindness. The doctor on duty was so kind and patient, my child was very scared. I will forever and always use this facility for urgent care needs. Keep up the great work you are making a difference in Murfreesboro and you are so appreciated. We cannot thank you enough!
I've come here two nights in a row for both my children and myself. Tammy at the front desk seems to have little to no interest in actually doing her job. Be warned, this clinic apparently isn't able to look up your insurance using your social (go to gateway urgent care, they can), and Tammy lies saying that the whole back is full of patients and there's no possible way they could see anyone before midnight, meanwhile the parking lot was empty. I was here over 30 minutes before closing (again go to gateway, their staff stayed past closing while they were seeing my children and wife.). I can't say that I'll ever be back here, nor would I even want to. I've never encountered health-care "professionals" who care so little and have no regard for their prospective patients/customers.
I am so happy with the care my daughter received here. I went to her primary care physician first and it felt very transactional and I did not get a good about it, so I came here for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. The doctor was wonderful and took her time helping my little one. Doctor and staff 10/10 recommend.
Can’t recommend this place enough!! PM pediatrics is spotlessly clean from the waiting area to the restroom, and the staff/customer service is absolutely excellent. They went all out with the cabin theming. It’s so darling and inviting which is such a nice touch - what a great way to put a smile of the face of a child who isn’t feeling well! Having a sick child is tough - but I’m grateful to have a place to bring them when we need it where we know they will be well taken care of in such a fun and friendly environment.
I took my son here because he wasn’t feeling well and they were the only pediatric urgent care open. I feel like the doctor didn't do a good job checking my son to get to the bottom of what was wrong with him. We left with him telling us it was a cold. The next day I took my baby to Vanderbilt where he was diagnosed with walking pneumonia and the flu.
