We have always been seen in a timely manner and the providers are thorough and kind. Our “go to” place for any sicknesses that pop up outside of our normal check ups! My only suggestion would be not going near closing time as they may technically be open but not accepting any more patients for the day.
NP Amanda was very friendly & so was the nurse whose name I didn’t get. Although the waiting room was full, we were actually seen in a timely manner! We see Dr. Rosser, but I’m soooo glad to have had an awesome experience with someone who isn’t familiar with my child. 5 stars!
I would give zero stars if I could. I showed up around 10 on friday with my sick child because this is their pediatrician and we waited for hours. We finally left because we were still very far back in the line. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told I had to call as soon as they open on Saturday. I call at exactly 8 am.. sit through a ridiculous phone tree message and literally sat on hold forever. Finally hung up because my wife scheduled a visit online at a Vanderbilt pediatric clinic in seconds. This is unacceptable. There's not even a message telling you how long the anticipated wait time is or what number you are in line. I'm sure all the docs and nurses are great and treatment is excellent but if you can't even get your suffering child in before they need to go to the ER then what's the point of this place? Very disappointed and would urge any parent with a sick child to seek an alternative pediatric clinic.
