I never like to leave reviews, but today was my first time going to this office. I would have rated lower, but Dr. Stoffel & the nursing staff were amazing. Good care for my child is what matters most. BUT the front staff at the office are incredibly rude. The women sitting there made me feel like I was the biggest annoyance to them by going up and asking to check in for my appointment and any other questions that I had. Like I said, it was my first time there so I had a few things I needed help with. I only went up to the desk twice, the staff were typically talking to each other or on their phones online shopping. So I didn’t feel like I was interrupting anything truly important, but you might want to think twice before interacting with them too much.
I had a great experience taking my daughter here. The front desk lady with curly hair wears glasses was so kind to us today. My daughter was a little scared but she made her felt a lot more comfortable.
I have been using MMC pediatrics for 16 years, through 4 kids and 2 different doctors and literally never had a problem scheduling an appointment, changing one, getting medication refills, paperwork filled out etc. The doctors we have had have always been very nice and for a large office it's well run and convenient
My kids and I spend three hours waiting. They would not allow us to be seen together I had to have my kids seen at the pediatric and then had to walk across with my children into the adult clinic my 10 year old was diagnosed with flu type b and I made the reception and the nurse aware of this. They had us wear mask which is understandable but of course they were the adult ones so they keep sliding down of there noses. The nurse had the nerve to yell and my children and me because there mask keep sliding off there faces. Then we were made to wait in the waiting room for an hour. While my son and me were running fever and could have used something for that. The nurse was super rude and I try to explain this to the nurse practitioner and he brushed me off. All those elderly people in there were exposed if we were allowed to be seen all together that could have been prevented. I have never been to a place that could care less about there patients. And if I can avoid I will not be going back to the adult walk in clinic
