Used the plumbing side of Lee Co to fix our tankless water heater. All seems to be good now although they did have to come out 3 times they were polite and professional and seem to want to make the customer happy and get job done correctly . I appreciate that because that's not always the case. Further updates later I have other things that need attention as well .
I had Joseph come out to our new house and he was awesome! Super knowledgeable while educating me on things to look out for and how Lee can assist. He was not pushy about any services and answered all questions I had! I highly recommend asking for Joseph for all your electrical needs!
Your electricians and plumbers have been easy to work with and very prompt. And the quality of work has been great. Only reason I gave you 4 stars is because your services are very expensive. I won't be able to afford you except for timely emergencies.
The Lee company does a great job servicing either A/C or plumbing needs However, I am disappointed that they will not give me an itemized bill for service calls. They leave this “up to the technician”. Yet the technician will only provide a total charge. This seems unusual since it should be “standard” for any customer to receive an itemized bill. I have never paid for anything that is not itemized!! This is a crazy policy in my opinion. I did speak directly with The Lee Company three different times, but could not get anything in writing.
