I am so impressed with this company! William Grogg came out to check a leak and told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote for what it was going to be and was very helpful and easy to talk to. When he came out and did the repairs he did a wonderful job and cleaned up when he was finished! Very pleased with their service from the communication time frame , to the diagnostic, to the installation of our new unit. Very knowledgeable staff and gave me the peace of mind to what was needed, time frame of installation and the most important- cost. They options I had to payments. Overall the experience of our home we just purchased needs to a brand name AC unit.
Highly recommend calling Roscoe Brown if you are having any plumbing issues. Recently had a 20 year old hot water heater replaced and Nathan F. did a fantastic job. He provided me with a number of options to pick from and was very thorough from start to finish. Master of his craft we were very impressed by Nathan’s work and will definitely request him when it comes time for service. My kitchen sink was backing up, we had done all we could do and it was just getting worse. We are fairly new to the area and didnt know who to call but I had seen Roscoe Brown trucks around town so I called them. I'm so glad I did! I thought I would have to wait but they scheduled us for that same afternoon. William was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us several options for the repairs. He got the work done quickly and everything works great. My husband appreciated it was very reasonably priced.
