Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Elizabeth was awesome. Dr. Elizabeth diagnosed my issue, explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done and presented to me all the cost info. She and her staff got to work right away and I was out of there in a very timely manner. Thank you very much to Dr. Elizabeth and her staff for taking good care of me. Very much much appreciated!
Entire staff is pleasant and welcoming. Kaylee dental hygienist was very professional and thorough. Dr Jackson was the right choice for this new patient.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Jackson! After 5 PM on a Friday my crown came off my implant post. I called the emergency line, hoping to be squeezed in early the following week to have fixed. Within 15 minutes of leaving a message, Dr. Jackson herself called me back. To my surprise she offered to see me on Saturday morning at 8:30 at the office. This was amazing to me and shows, what differentiates her from many dental practices. So grateful to her and her availability and willingness to meet off hours. Can’t recommend Dr. Jackson and her practice enough. Thank you Dr. Jackson for your flexibility and willingness to accommodate me says a lot about you and your professionalism.
