I honestly loved coming here for cleanings but dealing with ortho has not been a pleasant experience. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months to get my retainers because they wanted me to have top and bottom permanent retainers but when sent off to the dental lab they were informed they couldn’t do that because of my bite and instead of informing me of a change of plan before the appointment they proceeded to just put a bottom one on and when I asked why only then did they decide to tell me what the lab told them so I told them I didn’t want just a bottom permanent retainer they said I could have it taken off and do a scan for clear retainers another day or leave it on and scan for clear retainers and have the bottom taken off another day which only means I’d have to get another scan for clear retainers and wait even longer. Had they just told me ahead of time of the change of plans all this time wouldn’t have been wasted and I’d have retainers. Please look somewhere else for orthodontic services. Save yourself the time and money.
Three Rivers on New Salem is the best dental practice in Murfreesboro area. Dr. Connolly is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Connolly was so gentle and treated me with kid gloves! I never even felt the injections! The temporary crowns stayed on and my new crowns look exactly like my natural teeth! Best treatment ever! You won’t be disappointed!
New Patient visit today and was very happy with everything! Leah was my hygienist and was great!! She explained everything we would be doing to get me established, answered my questions and was just overall a very nice person!! Met Dr. Connolly as well, very personable and professional! The dental office/treatment rooms are super nice and the front office staff was very helpful and friendly! WOW. I had such a wonderful, amazing and a professional experience. The staff was fantastic, that tells me that they are treated well and they enjoy coming to work; you know what they say…by and large people quit their bosses, not their jobs. It was very obvious that the staff are valued and respected, that by itself is a goldmine. Next, the doctor was AWESOME, he was such a professional and very clean and refined, he had such a calm and very pleasant appearance, he made me feel so relaxed. Now, I had a serious problem with one of my wisdom teeth, it was driving me insane, the doctor very confidently gave me a local injection and within 10 minutes it was all done. 7 minutes of it I was waiting for the injection to take effect, and I was all done. I swear, the doctor took out the tooth sooooooo smoothly and efficiently that I didn’t notice he already took it out! I was still waiting for him to struggle and twist and turn and perhaps at the end give me a sore jaw, but he did it so effortlessly without any pain. In my unbiased personal opinion they all get 5 stars out of 5????????????????????. They truly deserve the highest ranking and recognition. God bless America.
Dr. Songstad worked on a very infected tooth that I had and made it such a good dental experience! I get extremely nervous at the dentist, but from making the appointment over the phone, to the final payment and walking out the door they made it so easy and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about my experience today! Absolutely impressed with this office staff and grateful that I found them. Will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend more.
