Odd experience compared to what I have had the past 10 years. My insurance covers exams, cleanings, and X-rays every year with no problem. Well, I went in and just got X-rays and an exam. No cleaning after almost 2 hours of being in the office. They explained that I needed over $3800 worth of work done Including laser treatments and no matter what I would pay hundreds out of pocket. I just felt like this was a money grab. Imagine taking your car for an oil change and never getting an oil change because they spent 2 hours inspecting and offering other services instead. I was shocked after reading other reviews about the same experience. If people want cleanings, give them cleanings. It's the whole point of having dental insurance. Now my teeth are still not cleaned and I am waiting for them to handle my insurance on the thousands of dollars they want.
Valerie is a wonderful person and hygienist. She is very thorough with her work and takes the time to educate and clean my teeth. I really appreciate that as a patient. She always has a smile on her face and is very nice to talk to. I always enjoy having her when I get my routine check ups!
10 out of 10 best dental experience I've had in a long long time. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They pulled my tooth with no pain at all not even with the numbing! Please go here for dental anything!
I’ve been going here for around 2 years now. Julia has been my hygienist the whole time and I couldn’t love her any more! She is so sweet and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns you may have and very knowledgeable! She is the shining light at the office and always welcomes you with a smile! 10/10 will recommend her to everyone I know!!!
