Amazing experience! The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I felt like I was in great hands. The whole experience was the best I've ever had at a dentist visit!
I needed a root canal done and Murfreesboro Modern Dentistry was an excellent choice. All of the staff were very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Very little pain from my root canal and recovery process. Dr.Giles-Paul and team did a great job!
Wow, what an Amazingly Awesome experience. I requested some Mr. Denzel Washington teeth and I promise you if anybody can get you there; Dr. GP and her staff can certainly do it. My teeth cleaning was so thorough until I felt like was getting the Hollywood special. Thank you all Modern Denistry for your kindness and for taking me into the family. Would give zero stars if I could..... I had such high hopes for this office given that the dentist was so nice and seemed sincere ..... Unfortunately it was all a smokescreen for what would become my worst nightmare in a dental appointment. First they take over 20 X-rays and photos of my teeth, next the dentist came in a dug at my teeth and gums so hard I wanted to cry... ( Mind you I have seen a dentist every 6 months for my entire life with no issues) this woman spent over an hour digging and scraping my teeth and gums until I bled and jumped with different tools. Then she used the ultrasonic cleaner and also dug into my gums with the metal tip instead of allowing the water to do its job. ALL of this was completely Unnecessary given the shape my teeth of been in and how well they have been cared for by my previous dentists... Finally I was given a breakdown of the work they claimed I need done. A root canal for a tooth that simply had some staining on it.... ( Never once had an issue with this tooth) and treatments for periodontitis (never had that in my life) all equaling a whopping $3,000 if I did what they claimed I needed done. Not to mention I was in that office for over 2 hours for a simple cleaning appointment. I am absolutely appalled by the way this office tried to rob me of thousands of dollars and wasted my whole afternoon. Not to mention the pain I endured into the next day from all the mouth trauma. Places like this should be SHUT DOWN. FYI my husband had an appointment the next day and he went due to an issue with one tooth and had the same exact experience. We will NOT be returning and plan to file a report with the BBB. This was the worst experience of my life! Also, found out they are connected to the same group as Aspen Dental ????♀️Had I known I never would have wasted my time.
