100/10. Thank you so much Chris and Weston (car tech) for getting my car straighten out. I explained i purchased the car at a used dealer ship and needed an inspection and oil change. Weston inspected and informed me AND showed me of all the things needed to be done. I appreciate y’all for your honesty and getting my car right. I will definitely be back now since my car got a prescription !!???? Thank you all!!
I stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change, and checkup. Everyone was so informative and nice! Bob looked over my car thoroughly, and explained everything in detail. They actually took me back and showed me what all was going on with my car. I didn’t have to second guess their recommendations because I could see for myself. The estimate was more than fair as well. I will definitely be back there to get work done. Best experience at a shop in a very long time!
Short Version: Chris and his crew are incredible. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I was in a predicament and needed an urgent repair. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is fair and affordable. Long Version: If you have a minute to stick around, let me tell you my story so you will know how awesome this place is..... Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023 I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me from the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2pm on Saturday’s from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterwards. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.
I’ve found my forever car shop in Murfreesboro! As a woman, sometimes you may be hesitant to visit car shops alone because of fear that the mechanics (or dealership) will be dishonest about the costs, or things related to your car. Chris and the guys are the most honest, smart, and caring group of guys. They know their stuff, and they will be honest with you about it too. The customer service is amazing, and I feel as though Chris and the shop really care to get to know their people. We talked the whole time my car was being serviced, and it made my experience even better. Thank you guys, you have a customer forever!!
Awesome experience here! Wonderful costumer service! I felt like the staff listened to my needs, and provided services that were not ridiculously priced. And all in all the services were done promptly .. definitely will return for my auto services. Definitely will recommend, they will take great care of your vehicle!
