Went into the store to look around and try to figure out what bike I wanted. The sales associates were extremely helpful in explaining to me the differences in all models and what would be best for what I needed. They are not at all super pushy on selling you a bike just because. Once I picked out my bike they made sure it was 100% ready to be riden without any issues. This store is awesome!
If you have a bike in need of repair, you absolutely want to take it to these guys. Very professional and polite. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They got my repairs done on the spot, saving me another hour drive. Top notch work, HIGHLY recommend~!
From the moment I stepped foot in this bike shop, they welcomed me with open arms. They helped me figure out which bike I wanted. They held it for me while I made payments on it because I couldn't afford it all at once. They even found the color bike I wanted and traded a bike with a shop in Georgia to get it for me. They've been very helpful with the maintenance and tune-ups as well. When I was getting ready to do RAGBRAI (the ride across Iowa), they even helped make sure I had everything I needed for the trip. They personally typed up a list of supplies I would need. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.
Went to have my E bike serviced after buying it from an online dealer. Honestly, should’ve bought local but beside the point. I went to have the brakes repaired from where they were never assembled right when we ordered it and it caused issues and we tried to get a hold of the dealer multiple times for warranty with no luck. We also visited another shop in town who basically tried to price gouge us. Then we went to Trek and ran into TK And he was amazing. He was extremely nice knowledgeable. The price was affordable no more than it would cost you yourself To order the parts yourself and put them on. He had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time we will forever be returning customers, and when it’s time for a new bike, we will be buying from them!
