This is my go to shop for all of our bike needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Repairs are done quickly and they have a nice stock of bikes and parts. I highly recommend them.
Was there for over 2hrs to have front and rear tubes replaced on a 20in Stacyc E Bike , the technician was very rude and spoke to me a couple times in a very unprofessional manner , I asked to speak to the store manager and was told he was unavailable? I myself work for a Motorcycle Dealer and I'm pretty sure if one of our technicians spoke to a customer in the manner I was spoken to he would be out the door! I went back in to check on the progress , the technician was again very rude and stated he was going to just walk away from the job because he was frustrated? and for me to come back later... pissed off to say the least
The bike I bought from them had a failed freehub. 2 months after they “fixed” it the freehub failed again. At first they stated that the replacement was something they had “around the shop” but then they changed their story when I questioned them about how they had told me they were waiting on the order from Shimano. After a week I finally went to pick up the bike. They asked me what I was going to do with it and I told them it wasn’t their concern anymore. That when they really got salty. Basically, if you don’t buy a high dollar bike from them, expect to be treated like you didn’t.
My husband & I went in to explore Moab's ebike offerings. Whitney helped us & was OUTSTANDING! We bought a couple of Gazelles they had on the floor & couldn't be happier! LOVE THIS STORE & THE STAFF (everyone we have encountered has been hella knowledgeable & friendly). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for a bike, ebike, skateboard, longboard, or anything related, to stop in & let them work their magic! N thanks to "pedal assist", in the past 3 days, I've biked about 25 miles, seen more of our Greenway, and feel healthier than I've felt in years!!!
Always an excellent experience at Moab! The friendliness and knowledge from the guys there is off the charts! I bought my last 4 bikes at Moab. This week, Evan at the Murfreesboro store helped me with my most recent purchase of 2 BMC MOUNTAIN BIKES; he was great (and definitely patient). #moabforlife #ride #livingmybestlife
