I love not having to come up with workouts myself, you just show up and every day is different. The staff are supportive, encouraging, and always willing to help. Plus the variety of workouts (orange, strength, and tread) gives you options to achieve your goals.
If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They were a GREAT and the BEST studio for years until the new management. All they care now is money and charging people, they forgot how to be empathetic with their members. The manager they have now is the worst thing that could’ve ever happen to them. Coaches and the rest of the staff are still kind and try to keep the Orange values. Always trust the bad reviews for this studio.
I have been a member of OTF for three months and have tried studios in three different states. So far this is the only location that hasn’t met the mark. I was visiting from out of town and hoping to get my usual workout in, I booked a session. My booked babysitter canceled on me last minute and this studio wouldn’t let me cancel my session without charging me despite my calling them to explain that my childcare had fallen through and I couldn’t make it. They also are the only studio I have ever been to that charged me to “rent” an armband when I had forgotten mine (again, traveling). Bad customer service. They might be a newer studio but it definitely felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us.
Chasing splat points somehow makes the pain and effort rewarding. The coaches are awesome. They care. They encourage. I like showing up and simply doing what they say. It’s a great thing.
I love this place! All the coaches and staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and motivating. The studio manager is fantastic. You can tell she implements a very positive and caring environment. The workouts are challenging, but options are given if something is a little too hard. I've been going for 4 months now, and I don't think I've ever had the same routine twice. It's always fun, and the hour class flies by. It's amazing how the coaches can teach a whole room and still give individual attention on the weight floor to make sure you're doing the workout properly. The wristband is a great motivator through class as well, showing how many calories you've burned and your heart beat in real time so you can push yourself to the limit. I highly recommend Orange Theory of Murfreesboro!
