I love this place! The instructors are great and the clients are like family. The owner, Ambrose, is passionate, knowledgeable and motivating during each session. Each workout is focused on proper form and tailored to be effective for all fitness levels. Doerz Fitness Studio is the best gym you could possibly go to! The people are friendly and welcoming, as are the trainers! If you are just starting out, there are modifications down ... or if you're intense, there are mods up! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, someone will be there to motivate you. First of all, I have to say thank you to Ambrose & Pule. They are the best trainers--they have motivated me, helped me be committed to and show up to every session. If you want a good workout Doerz is the place to be. I’m no stranger to the gym and have worked with several trainers over the years. However, Doerz is different from any gym or fitness center I’ve been to. The trainers are not only motivating but they care. They care about your results and aren’t just giving you a cookie cutter routine or meal plan. Each time I walk in the doors of Doerz I feel empowered to reach my fullest fitness potential.
