Came in around 4:30 on 12/13 to find a product I wanted on the website. The guy working there was super friendly, and informed me they didn’t have it in stock, but recommend a similar and better one. He was right, I love it. 10/10 employee. Thanks!
Usually decent service. Nothing special but nice people. Kinda upset that their door hours say they close at 10 on the weekends but, when I pulled up after my long shift at work, the lights were off. I checked online and the hours read they close at 9. This is a super easy fix but it is definitely an inconvenience until they can keep their -ish consistent.
Morgan is amazing, I came in and didn’t really know what juice I wanted to go with she helped me and she was really nice to me she showed great customer service and has completely earned my business. Keep up the good work you’re doing great!
I’ve been a few times since opening and staff are always nice and helpful. I went in today with an issue with my vape and the coil and Blake(i think that was his name I’m sorry) was sooooo helpful! He knew without me even having to explain and he was so nice,helpful, and enjoyable to conversation with! Seriously a life saver and helped educate me on what was wrong. I was already happy because this new shop is next to where i live so I didn’t have to drive too far but now I will always visit this location!
