Love this store for many reasons 1 it so close to my house and the low prices from anywhere else in Murfreesboro plus the staff are helpful for what you need well informed on all products.
They don't stand behind their product Had a defective device. Could not return it because I didn't have a physical receipt even though I could show it on my bank account. The reason I was given was because they would be out of 40 dollars because they could not resale. The manager did give me a discount but this is not the way to do business. If something is broke you need to replace with something that works. There is a cost to doing business and sometimes it might cost you 40 dollars if your product is broken. When it shows that I bought it from your store on my bank statement and time and date and you probably have camera there what is a receipt going to do differently? Like the other reviews say just go to smoke token. Even Walmart will exchange a defective item WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I go to this place once a week and I get treated like I'm scamming. I even bought another while I was there. Hopefully they just find better products that are not defective so that you can get what you paid for.
Went to exchange a product that had leaked in the packaging (that was purchased the night before) and staff said there was nothing that can be done citing their *same day* return policy. Save yourself the hassle and money by going to Smoke Token right up the street — they stock products that are actually functional and the customer service is 1000 times better than Evolve. Perhaps management should move their focus to customer service, actually checking IDs, and stocking quality products rather than penny-pinching the customers that pay their bills.
