Absolutely love the Nurture Nook, their staff, and their services! I have been in a total 5 times doing a peel series, and Brooke has been absolutely amazing! She is so kind and takes the time to explain what she is doing, give healing and prep tips, and just overall takes really great care to make sure that you are getting great results! The peels themselves (wrinkle lift peel) has made a huge improvement to my skin. This is specifically in areas of lightening some freckles/sun spots, overall texture and removing splotchy areas in skin tone, and of course with diminishing those little pesky wrinkles. I highly recommend for specifically the treatments that I have received as they actually work.
Converted house into a day spa. The interior is clean and relaxing. Staff is friendly and skilled. My experience and massage were good. The following points are my personal 4 star rating rather than 5 stars. 1) Handicap parking is available though the parking space market does not show up and non-handicap vehicles have been in the handicap spaces each time I have visited. 2) There are bumps on the ramp and at the door entrance which are greater than 1/2", thus not a smooth travel for a wheelchair or rollator. 3) The interior after the renovation still feels like a small room house that has been repurposed rather than a new built spa with modern amenities. Overall, a nice local business nestled into the neighborhood and flying under the radar. Drop in, it's worth a visit; my wife goes there monthly and is happy with her treatment.
Great experience! My husband and I went for the couples deluxe which is a massage followed by a foot soak with treat (fruit, chocolate, water, and nonalcoholic mimosas). The whole thing was about an hour and 45 minutes. If you are going to do a couples massage, spend the extra for the deluxe package. It is so well worth it and really makes it a total experience. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've been here. Other times I've had massages or once a massage and facial package. It is always a great experience.
