This was my first time at My nail spa & it was great! The spa was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful! Mary did my pedicure and nails! She did an amazing job and I will definitely be back!
I visited this salon for the first time last week. I booked an appointment with Anna for dip power service for my hands and a tropical pedicure for my feet. She’s been my nail technician for some time now so I decided to follow her at her new salon. Anna knows exactly how I like my nails. She just gets it. I never have to mention anything regarding shape or length. She always provides honest feedback when I have trouble picking a color. Once I arrived for my appointment, Anna was ready to provide my services. She took her time with both services and I was able to enjoy my time there without feeling rushed. I made an appointment for Saturday to get gel nails, they looked great. By the end of my nail one of my nails had already chipped and one other nail was starting to peel off. I went back Sunday to get them to fix it, I figured I would have to wait also not a big deal. When I walked in I tried to explain to the man that I was here just yesterday and my nail is already chipped and I just wanted them to fix the two nails. However, he kept interrupting me asking when my appointment for today was, I couldn't even get my full sentence out! I finally said I don't have an appointment I just need two nails fixed and he refused to try and fix them because they were fully booked for the day. He talked to me very rudely so I walked out and I will never be returning. Never have I ever had a nail salon not try to fix my nails as soon as possible if there was a error. The way he talked to me was truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not recommend coming here.
